Ingredients Honey Mustard Baked Chicken (serves 4)
1/2 French Bress chicken
600-800 grams potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
5 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
200 grams blanched needle beans
3 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 lemon
2-3 sprigs of rosemary

How to Make Honey Mustard Chicken?
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and cut potatoes into 1.5-2 inch pieces. Toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and rosemary leaves.
2. Mix honey and whole grain mustard together. Season with salt and pepper. Brush the chicken all over and set aside. (Reserve the remaining mixture for the sauce.)
3. In an ovenproof pot, coat the bottom of the pot with the remaining olive oil. Arrange the potatoes in the pot, followed by the marinated chicken. Cover the pot with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
4. After 20 minutes, remove the foil and pour the lemon juice mixture over the chicken. Bake uncovered in foil until the chicken is nicely browned.
5. Heat a pan over medium-high and chopped garlic. When fragrant, add the needle beans and stir-fry. Season with salt and pepper. Serve as a side dish
